David was born in Laguna, Philippines but grew up in Sydney, Australia and started his career in the tech world with YouTube and Google before jumping over to the hotel business, straight to Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. He finds working at Grain Bar fun, exciting and adrenaline packed. With each day full of new encounters with fascinating people, being a bartender is somewhat like being a therapist, he reveals.
