In the spotlight for April & May: Husk Distillery
Inspired by the rum culture of the Carribean and a yearning for fine Australian spirits, distiller Paul Messenger and his family have built a plantation distillery on their cattle and cane farm in Northern NSW. A premium, paddock-to-bottle agricole rum that has been crafted with small-scale cultivation and harvesting methods, Husk rum offers unique characteristics that are reflective of the provenance.
Our special menu accentuates the unique Husk flavour profiles.
