Our search for unexpected tastes and textures is what lead to the NOLO menu; light yet flavour-packed summer refreshers. We’ve scoured local neighbourhoods for quirky sodas, hand-picked rare, alcohol-free distillates and even created our own syrups.
The Basil Sour leads the way for those seeking the complexity of a full-bodied cocktail, minus the alcohol. The spirit is replaced with Seedlip Garden 108, a dynamic, non-alcoholic distillate made from hand-picked peas, hay and traditional herbs from the founder’s farm. Combined with fluffy egg whites, fresh basil and lemon, the result is a powerful yet alcohol-free take on a classic sour.
A Cucumber Dream is the ultimate summer refresher. The signature taste derives from our house-created cucumber and black pepper syrup, made with fresh cucumbers which are lovingly juiced, seasoned, sweetened, boiled and fine-strained. Hendricks gin, lemon juice and soda are added to create a light and refreshing finish.
Convall Highball is creativity at its finest. Glenfiddich IPA, a vibrant and fruity dram from the Experimental Series is combined with a unique pandan barley soda sourced from local bar PS40. Simple yet full of flavour.
We bet the results of NOLO menu are not what you’re expecting from a no/low alcohol menu. They’re much better.
